After outsourcing the management and support of its omnichannel e-commerce platform, Mondou wanted to switch to a more individualized service, based on increased collaboration, which would allow it to better track the evolution of its platform. Mondou therefore sought more flexibility from its potential supplier for the development, modification or evolution of its platform as well as more services and an increased presence.
LT Plus, a division of Logient, hired two developers to work on premise with Mondou’s teams and spend the remainder of their time at LT Plus to receive support from quality assurance analysts and have access to the expertise of a Scrum Master and a Team Lead. LT Plus uses the Kanban methodology to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of this hybrid team.
Mondou’s IT team in and LT Plus' resources team jointly manage the Orckestra Commerce Cloud eCommerce platform and its evolution. As desired by the company, LT Plus' on-site resources spend a few days a week at the client’s offices for proximity and to maintain a healthy working relationship. Their presence and availability are useful when it comes to making changes and speeding up problem solving efforts.
